Self defense products, including stun guns, pepper sprays, taser’s and batons are a nonlethal alternative to deadly force. 4. Know where the safety switch is to avoid accidental firing. Keep your fingers away from the contacts.

5. Practice-get used to the sound and flying sparks so you are not startled. Practice so it becomes second nature to you.
